What happens to your drawing
You are being asked to send a technical drawing to a company you may not have dealt with before. It is reasonable to want to know where it goes.
What is collected
Only what you type into the form
- About the part
- What you need, your description of the part, quantity, material, the date you need it, and any files you attach.
- About you
- Name, company, email address, and optionally telephone number and country.
- Your request for an NDA
- If you tick the box, that is recorded so we act on it.
- Server logs
- The web server records requests in the ordinary way, including IP address, for security and diagnosis. These are not used to build a profile of you.
Nothing is collected by watching you browse. There is no analytics, no advertising, no remarketing and no tracking cookie, and no page here loads anything from a third party. That is a deliberate choice and it is verifiable from the page source.
Where it goes
Three places, all of them ours
- This website
- The enquiry is stored in the site’s own database, hosted with Hostinger. Uploaded files are written to a directory configured to refuse to serve them, so a drawing is never reachable by URL.
- Two mailboxes
- The enquiry is emailed to our sales address and to a director. You receive an acknowledgement at the address you gave.
- Our CRM
- The enquiry is also recorded in Odoo, the system we use to track work, so it reaches the person who will quote it rather than sitting in an inbox.
- Nowhere else
- Drawings are not shared outside Anicon Flowcontrols and Versatile Equipments, and are never passed to a third party for any purpose other than quoting or making your part. Where an operation is subcontracted to make your part, only what that supplier needs is shared.
Third parties
The short list
- Hostinger
- Hosts the website and its database.
- Odoo
- Our customer relationship system, where the enquiry is recorded.
- Microsoft and Google
- Our email is handled by Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so email you send us passes through them as any email would.
- Nobody else
- Typefaces are served from this website rather than from a font service, so your browser makes no request to any other company while you read these pages. Nothing on this site is loaded from a third party.
How long, and your rights
Ask and it is done
- Retention
- Enquiries are kept while there is a live commercial reason to keep them, and drawings are kept for as long as we may need to quote or remake the part. Ask for earlier deletion and it will be done.
- Access
- Ask what we hold about you and you will be told.
- Correction and deletion
- Ask for a correction or for your enquiry and drawings to be deleted, and it will be actioned.
- Confidentiality
- A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request, before anything is shared.

If something here is unclear, ask rather than assume. A question about how a drawing is handled is a reasonable question and will get a direct answer.
Send the drawing
A straight answer inside a working day
A 2D or 3D file, the quantity and the date you need it. You will get a considered reply within one working day, including the reply that we are not the right shop for the part, which is worth knowing early. A mutual NDA goes out first if you would rather.
