Short, because a website is not a contract and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
The website
Information, not an offer
- Nothing here is a quotation
- Capabilities, envelopes, materials and tolerances describe what we generally do. Your part is quoted against your drawing, in writing.
- Figures are indicative
- Where a tolerance or a size range is given, it describes what the process holds comfortably. The drawing governs, and where a characteristic is critical we confirm capability against it before accepting the order.
- Photographs
- Parts shown are examples of work, not a catalogue of stock items. Two images on the capability and quality pages illustrate a process rather than depicting our own plant, and are captioned as such.
- Availability
- We try to keep the site accurate and available, but do not warrant that it is free of error or always reachable.
Enquiries and drawings
What you send stays yours
- Your intellectual property
- Drawings, models and specifications you send remain yours. We use them to quote and, if you place an order, to make the part. Nothing else.
- Confidentiality
- Enquiries are treated as confidential whether or not an NDA is in place. A mutual NDA is available on request.
- Orders
- An order is formed when we accept your purchase order in writing. Our quotation, including its lead time, validity and commercial terms, governs that order.
- Certification
- Anicon Flowcontrols LLP holds ISO 9001:2015. Work requiring IATF 16949 is supplied through Versatile Equipments Pvt Ltd, which holds that certification. Neither company holds AS9100.
Law
Where any of this would be settled
These terms and any dispute arising from use of this website are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

A straight answer inside a working day
A 2D or 3D file, the quantity and the date you need it. You will get a considered reply within one working day, including the reply that we are not the right shop for the part, which is worth knowing early. A mutual NDA goes out first if you would rather.
