Components for Hydraulics and Fluid Power
Valve bodies, manifold blocks, glands, pistons and couplers for cylinder and power pack builders, with seal grooves proved on a contour tester.

The work
Pressure finds every surface you did not measure
A hydraulic assembly leaks at a surface, not at a dimension. The bore can be round and the length right and the unit will still weep past a seal groove whose profile was never measured, or past a sealing face left at the wrong roughness. The inspection room here was put together around exactly those two problems, which is why most of the work sits in this sector.
- Valve bodies and manifolds
- Cross-drilled and intersecting ports, counterbores, spigot registers, mounting faces.
- Glands and pistons
- Seal and wiper grooves to profile, sealing lands, wear band recesses, port drillings.
- Couplers and fittings
- Parallel and tapered pipe threads, sealing cones, metering orifices, deburred cross holes.
- Guide blocks and wear rings
- Ground faces, dowelled locations, running-fit bores.
How it is proved
What gets measured, and with what
Groove and seat profiles on the Mahr MarSurf contour tester, sealing face roughness on the Mitutoyo SJ-410, bores gauged with air gauges where the quantity justifies checking every piece. Geometry and true position on the Accurate Spectra CMM.
Certification
ISO 9001:2015 covers this work directly.

A straight answer inside a working day
A 2D or 3D file, the quantity and the date you need it. You will get a considered reply within one working day, including the reply that we are not the right shop for the part, which is worth knowing early. A mutual NDA goes out first if you would rather.
