Components for Machine Builders
Machined parts, bought-out items and sub-assemblies delivered on one part number for equipment builders and special purpose machinery.

The work
You wanted a machine, not five vendors to chase
Building a machine is mostly an exercise in waiting. The casting is late, the plater has a queue, and the sub-assembly sits because one of five suppliers is slower than the other four. Anicon exists partly because its own group builds machines and got tired of that, so the work here is arranged around handing over a finished item rather than a box of parts.
- Shafts and spindles
- Keyways, splines, hardened journals, cut in one clamping wherever geometry allows.
- Bushes, sleeves and wear parts
- Running and interference fits held concentric on the same setup.
- Housings and brackets
- Multi-face prismatic work with hole patterns true to the mounting face.
- Kitted and assembled supply
- Castings, forgings, sheet metal, mouldings, sensors and transducers pulled in, built, tested, packed.
How it is proved
What gets measured, and with what
Geometry and true position on the CMM against drawing datums. Hardness confirmed on site after induction hardening. Assemblies checked for fit and function before despatch.
Certification
ISO 9001:2015 covers this work directly. Versatile Equipments, the parent, has built and supported its own machines in the field since 1967.

A straight answer inside a working day
A 2D or 3D file, the quantity and the date you need it. You will get a considered reply within one working day, including the reply that we are not the right shop for the part, which is worth knowing early. A mutual NDA goes out first if you would rather.
