The work
Where IATF applies, the route is already in place
Serial supply into automotive usually stops at the certificate long before it reaches a capability discussion. Anicon holds ISO 9001:2015, and where a part calls for IATF 16949 it is supplied through Versatile Equipments Pvt Ltd, which carries IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015. Anicon’s own IATF certification is in progress. Saying that at enquiry stage costs everyone less than discovering it at audit, and it is the reason automotive work is quoted here rather than declined.
- Rocker arm assemblies
- Assemblies of around 36 components across forging, ductile iron casting and bar machining, with poka-yoke and firewalls on the line and a full fit and function check before direct-on-line despatch.
- Hubs
- Grey and ductile iron, machined and bored, up to around 40 kg, with hardened features where the drawing calls for them.
- Shifter levers and forks
- Forged, machined and induction hardened on the pads that take the wear.
- IC engine brackets and shafts
- Shell moulded castings machined to datum, and shafts with induction hardened journals.
- Transmission parts
- Cages, gear blanks and flywheels, with bores and keyways held true so the drive stays quiet.
How it is proved
What gets measured, and with what
PPAP and ISIR documentation on request, control plans, capability studies on nominated characteristics, gauge R&R against a supplied gauge. Air gauging where a bore is checked every piece rather than sampled.

ISO 9001:2015 at Anicon. IATF 16949 supply through Versatile Equipments Pvt Ltd. Anicon IATF in progress.
